Energy EfficiencySustainable Cities

GESP is a performance contract formulated and administrated by the National Environment Agency (NEA) with the objective to raise the energy efficiency of Public buildings in Singapore.

Launched in 2011, the GESP comprises energy services to carry out a detailed energy audit, finalize the GESP contract and implement the energy efficiency improvement solution followed by a 5-year comprehensive performance contract.

Cofely South East Asia secured the contract to assist Singapore Tourism Board to improve current system efficiency to 0.65kW/RT, thereby reducing approximately 34% of current energy consumption with annual savings of more than 300,000 kWh.
